Our regular rates per cleaner per hour are $55.00 CAD plus tax for general cleaning and $60.00 CAD plus tax for deep cleaning/move out cleaning.*

Cleaning booked outside of regular hours and on public holidays will be charged at time and a half.

Please understand that professional level cleaning takes time, and Buff Cleaning Co take pride in providing a high level of service. If your clean needs to be completed in a specific time frame due to check ins or budget please let us know at the time of booking so that we can work to accommodate your request and manager your expectations.

* 5% GST applies to cleaning services unless alternative terms are negotiated prior to your clean.

Buff Cleaning Co’s general cleaning contract includes the following services:

Kitchen cleaning: Appliances wiped down and polished, countertops and exterior cabinetry cleaned, dirty dishes placed in dishwasher. Garbage, compost, and recycling can be taken upon request*

Bathroom cleaning: Sinks/tubs/toilets scrubbed and wiped down, countertops cleaned, mirrors cleaned, shower glass cleaned, fixtures wiped down and polished. Surfaces sanitized. Towels can be laundered and bathroom products refilled upon request.

Living areas and bedrooms: Dusted, furniture vacuumed, cushions organized and throw blankets folded. Bedding and linens can be stripped and laundered upon request.

Floors: All floors vacuumed and mopped with water and soap, unless otherwise specified.

Glass: Any decorative interior glass and mirrors cleaned if necessary. Buff do not offer exterior window washing.

*Buff Cleaning Co. reserve the right to refuse to take waste that poses a health risk, is not properly contained or is beyond the normal amount of waste for a residential home. An additional 15 minutes will be added to your invoice if you wish to have this service provided.

Buff Cleaning Co’s deep cleaning services include all services from our general cleaning contract, plus:

• Inside ovens fridges, dishwashers, and cabinets

• Scrubbing grout in bathrooms

• Spot cleaning walls

• Inside fireplaces

• Garages

• Inside all windows

Yes! We are a small, family run business. Our owners both gained Health Canada Security Clearance in their previous jobs which requires a clean background check.

Buff Cleaning Co. are insured for up to $2M in general liability damage. We are also fully bonded.

You are able to cancel or reschedule your booking up to 48 hours in advance of your cleaning taking place. Cancellations or reschedules within this time frame will not be charged.

Cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours of your booking will be charged as follows:

1-3 bedrooms/ bathrooms- 2-hour minimum cancellation fee

3+ bedrooms/ bathrooms- 4-hour minimum cancellation fee

We do not. Our insurance only covers our cleaners inside your home.

You do not but if it’s your first time we have worked together initial introductions always help develop a personal relationship with our Team.

A deep clean is recommended for all first-time clients. It allows extra time for our team to get all the areas that have been missed during regular cleanings in the past.
